Paul Reynell

Paul has accumulated a wealth of experience over his 28-year career working with over 100 brands. He draws upon this extensive knowledge base to inform his current strategic approach, which prioritises understanding consumer behaviours in a post- demographic era. This approach emphasises the importance of human psychology alongside content, research and channels, to foster engagement and deliver impactful results.

Paul is a registered CPRP with PRISA and a member of PRCA, and has held various leadership roles in both corporate and agency environments. His core competencies span communications, advertising, and entertainment sponsorship, which he pioneered in South Africa. Additionally, he has significant experience in both the publishing and broadcast spaces.

For the past 12 years, Paul has been the head of Paddington Station, the only full-service small agency to have received a Gold Presidential PRISM Award for PR and Communication Advancement and the 2023 Gold Prism Award for Best Small Agency. He is responsible for developing 360º B2C and B2B brand strategies, as well as media planning and buying for local and global brands.

He is first and foremost a creator, with a passion for making and a keen eye for design. When you add his exceptional leadership skills to the mix, he is undoubtedly an invaluable asset to any team.

Julian’s journey in the creative field began at an early age, with a natural inclination towards photography and design. He honed his skills through countless hours of applied practice and various courses covering any and every field in the creative sphere.

Julian has a knack for bringing out the best in his creative team, nurturing their talents and pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional work. His strategic approach to creative problem-solving, combined with his ability to adapt to changing market trends, has resulted in numerous successful campaigns for his clients.

His creative expertise span across various mediums — from graphic design to cutting-edge digital campaigns, aug-mented reality and experiential activations. He employs his knowledge and experience to create powerful narratives that resonate with consumers and drive brand loyalty.

Laylaa Trevor is a seasoned digital marketing specialist with seven years of industry experience. She has a diverse background working across a number of sectors and has worked with global brands to successfully advertise in more than 172 countries worldwide.

As an advertising expert with a broad skill set, Laylaa is well-versed in navigating the complexities of advertising on Google and across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok and Twitter(X). She has a proven track record of success, no matter the budget.Starting out in organic social media, Laylaa has evolved and expanded her expertise to include paid media advertising. With a passion for digital maturity technology, she is dedicated to helping brands create an ecosystem that works for them and assisting clients to move and position themselves in the marketing space.

In an ever-changing and highly competitive advertising landscape, Laylaa’s expert abilities in market analysis and her data-driven approach sets her apart. She believes in employing the tools needed for brand success instead of simply relying on what’s trending at the time. With more than a dozen certificates across Google platforms, Facebook and SnapChat, Laylaa is a leading voice and a true expert in the field.
